Romney draws ire; gets local campaign chief

James Garcia has been named the state director for Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign. Garcia served as the Romney campaign’s national field director since May of 2011. Prior to joining the Romney campaign, Garcia served as executive director of the Colorado Republican Party, a post he held since 2009. |
