Dear Editor,

I would like to congratulate Rep. Randy Baumgardner on becoming the Republican nominee for Senate District 8. He carried all the counties in that district.

And I would like to thank Ms. Jean White for her years of service as chief of staff for her husband, former Senator Al White for SD 8 and for acting as appointed senator for last couple of years.
